This year, because of the generous gift of $2,000 from the Melodiers foundation, ECS elementary music program was able to purchase four new instruments: a yamaha trumpet, two yamaha clarinets, and one gemeinhardt flute.
On behalf of ECS Elementary Music Program and all the children that we serve I want to thank the Melodiers for their kind generosity and let them know that their gifts will be used and enjoyed for decades to come. Seriously, decades. In fact, one of the cornets that I finally decided could not be patched up any more was purchased in the 60s. That's fifty years of use! You are building a legacy.
